As a subsidiary of CME International LLC, Inc., operating under the name Famous Watches Inc, we act as a shipper’s-agent, specializing in coordinating transportation logistics and offering additional services such as U.S. export filing services, and billing solutions. Additionally, upon request, Famous Watches Inc can include customers’ goods under an insurance policy issued to us, ensuring comprehensive coverage for your valuable items. It’s important to note that while we provide these services with utmost professionalism, Famous Watches Inc is not an insurance company, customs broker, or air carrier.
RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THESE SELLER TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND Famous Watches Inc GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Seller Terms and Conditions are designed to complement Famous Watches Inc General Terms and Conditions. In the event of any discrepancies between the two, the terms outlined in these Seller Terms and Conditions shall take precedence for Sellers specifically. For all other instances not involving Sellers, Famous Watches Inc General Terms and Conditions shall prevail in case of a conflict. It’s important to note that these Seller Terms and Conditions do not apply to non-Seller customers.

It is important to highlight that many watches we receive, especially those over 5 years old, require some form of restoration work. All watches not purchased will be returned to customers via FedEx 2nd day or USPS delivery method.
